Privacy Policy
Last Update: 1/25/2023Information Not Collected
Stash was designed to ensure that your personal data remains private, secure and easily accessible. Stash does not collect, use, or share any personally identifiable information such as your name, email or credit card number.
The extension also does not collect or share any of your tab or bookmark data. The data used to manage your groups is stored locally in your browser, and all of your bookmarks are saved using your browsers native bookmarking functionality.
In order for Stash to carry out key functionality like automatically
grouping tabs and saving links as bookmarks, the extension uses the
all_urls
permission which gives it access to the content of your opened web
pages. The extension in no way alters or collects any of the information
present on the web pages you visit.
Information Collected
Stash collects a very limited amount of usage data to improve the product. This data includes your settings, the frequency with which you use the extension and the number of tab groups and bookmarks you create.
Information Shared with Third Parties
Stash does not see, or store any provided credit card information. When you purchase the full version of the extension your credit card information is processed using stripe's payment services and is handled according to their data privacy policy.
Changes to this Statement
Any future changes to Stash's features that affect the transmission, storage, sharing, use, or access of personal data will be clearly outlined in updated versions of this privacy policy.
